About the Artist: CONTE CRAYON ~

There are several things that I find wonderful about working with Conte Crayons. I enjoy their earth tones, texture and blending quality, especially against the backdrop of brown craft paper or old shopping bags. The natural tones work well together and the paper introduces another texture to the art work.

These tones and textures inspire me to work on organic
subjects such as plants, flowers, and the human form.

She attended Tyler School of Art in Elkins Park, PA and graduated in 1993.
